At its January, 2013 meeting, the Board of Directors proposed amendments to the Alumni Association Constitution.  A document showing the proposed amendments and the Constitution with the Amendments added are linked below.

In accordance with Article X, Section II of the Constitution, the Board hereby notifies the members of the Association that it will put the proposed amendments to a vote for ratification at its next meeting, scheduled for Saturday, April 13, 2013.  The meeting, which will take place at the University of Redlands beginning at 8:30 a.m.

A  member who wishes to comment on the proposed changes may do so in writing or by attending the meeting.  Written comments should be sent to Alumni Board of Directors, c/o Alumni Relations, P. O. Box 3080, Redlands, CA 92373-0999.  To be considered, they must be received no later than March 29, 2013 at the close of business.

A member wishing to attend the Board meeting is asked to call Alumni Relations at (909) 748-8011 no later than Friday, March 31, 2013 at the close of business to ensure we can accommodate you at the meeting.
