    Adventure in Paradise

    December 28, 2012 - January 6, 2013


    If you love adventure, join Professor Monty Hempel for an amazing 10 day trip to Palau. Escape to the warmth of these beautiful exotic islands and spend your days snorkeling, hiking and exploring the many treasures of this tropical paradise. World War II ruins, coral reefs, white sand beaches and waterfalls await your arrival.

    Tour Leader:
    Professor Monty Hempel will lead this adventure to Palau. For several years he has taken student groups during May Term and many have requested that he lead a Redlands Alumni group. Dr. Hempel is currently the Hedco Professor of Environmental Studies and Director of the Center for Environmental Studies at the University of Redlands, as well as a documentary filmmaker and environmental scientist.
